Check vitamin and trace element deficiencies

Deficiencies of nutrients necessary for our body are very common and while a large percentage of the population suffers from a lack of iron, calcium, magnesium, they often avoid or are not consistent in their preventive examinations.

Many times, either from heredity or from poor nutrition, the symptoms can be intense and spoil our good quality of life:

feeling tired

vulnerable to infection

increased probability of serious diseases (neurocephalic diseases, cancers, etc.)

Examining nutrients allows us to look at the vitamins and trace elements that help our metabolism work better, boosting the burning mechanisms.

The following measurements are very important:

Vitamin A, B1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 12, C, D, E

Omega 3-6 fatty acids

Folic acid (B9)

Zinc, Glucosamine

Magnesium, Manganese

Calcium, Selenium

Chromium, Biotin
